Foodnesia

Head of Design for Foodnesia, the Indonesian Food Festival led by PPI (Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia) Edinburgh.

For the 2017 annual food festival, the event was held at St. Peter's Episcopal Church (Lutton Place), which was open to students and the wider Edinburgh community. Its aim was to celebrate and create awareness for Indonesia's rich and diverse culinary culture, accompanied by music, dance performances, and prizes.

The design character for this event was playful, bright, and food. With the splashing of oranges and reds contrasted by neutrals such as dark grey and ivory, the colour palette of this initial design continued to be used in the festival's following iterations.
