Designer for Start-Ed, the first student-led start-up conference in the United Kingdom.

We do not believe that working 9-9 for a huge corporation is the only option you have.

We do not believe that being a mere number is the only way to lead your life.

We do, however, believe that there is a way out this box.

Start - ED was conceived and ran by a conjoined team of students from two of Edinburgh’s largest universities - Heriot Watt and University of Edinburgh. We started with the vision of getting students prepared and spreading awareness about working in dynamic environments that startups offer. Our programmes are designed with the aim of equipping students with the right knowledge, tools and connections to gain work experience in start-ups. Our main aim is to connect students with disruptors from local and international start ups, incubators and venture capitals.
